Greta Bajrami was born in Vlora, Albania, and her family immigrated to the United States in 2000 with aspirations of pursuing the American dream. At the age of 17, Greta unexpectedly became a young mother to her daughter Chiara, which led her to bid farewell to her aspirations of attending law school.
Sheikha Al-Otaibi attended Babson College on a full ride scholarship as a first generation student, proving that hard work can open doors once thought out of reach. At 20, she launched Interlix Staffing with no blueprint, back-up plan, or support, just determination and vision. Her journey reflects the Rootless Social spirit: creating your own path, building without limits, and turning bold ideas into reality.
